Clip Factory is a content management product built and operated by mikelpinto.com for publishing short-form video clips across multiple connected social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). Its users are the account owners who connect their own accounts through each platform's official login — Clip Factory never imports, scrapes, or reposts content from other platforms.

Every publish action requires the account owner to select a clip already prepared in Clip Factory, review the caption and privacy settings shown for that specific account, and press "Publish" — nothing is ever sent to a connected platform without that explicit step.

It is provided as-is, with no warranty. The account owner is responsible for complying with the terms of service of each connected platform.
